Corner cabinet makeover Finished!

I'm finally finished the corner cabinet for my mom!
Now, It's not quite as good as I was hoping ..but it looks pretty darn good considering.

Hello ladies n Gents,

I was sitting on my deck this evening with my little girl chatting in our new muskoka chairs...when all of a sudden my dog Sandy (who is wayyy to big to be a lap dog) JUMPS on me for a cuddle!! It was so funny and random! So of course we had ta have a photo session...hehe

Now this my friends is a happy healthy content and loved doggy named Miss Sandy....funny how animals arent able to speak or tell you they love you...yet they show nuthin but love...I think we could all probably learn a lesson or two from them!

then the little one needed in on the action..hehe

The Beginnings of a beautiful deck for SUMMER!

Hi there,

I decided that I REALLY needed to get my outdoor space started this weekend.
I still have tons to do, but got a good cleaning and re arranging done!

My hunny got me some muskoka chairs for my Birthday that was this past Friday 13th, and that was all the motivation I needed to get the ball rolling!
Remember that this is just a start...there will be more to come.

Sooo this is the start, I can hardly wait to get some flowers and my little lanturn project out! stay tuned, I'll post more pics soon!

Last Christmas hobbie cards

Aside from painting all things white.....I LOVE scrapbooking and making cards!!
Its always hard to find the time to get out all my goodies and have a good scrap session as I dont have a craft room YET!!(hehe) but I did take some pics from my last session which was wayyyy to long ago...CHRISTMAS for crying out loud!! Anyhooo I thought I would post some pics of the cards I made :)

Happy Late Mothers Day n Check out ma Sweet chairs!!

Hi there again!
So last week I had posted pics of the shelf that I am going to redo for my mom...I did get it all pinted up at our camp, then didn't I forget my camera! I will have pics soon to show you how nice it turned out.
I do however have a few pics of some old chairs I'm going to redo!! I LOVE these chairs, and will love them even more when they are all finished!!

How could you not love these?!?

What I'm going to do is paint them white and redo the seats in some black n white stripe canvas material,

I can't wait to see them all finished!! So excited!

I wonder if I should leave them white or should I sand them after the white is on to make them "look old"?
